Orne El Sawda – Summit Expedition & Overnight Camp
Sunrise Push Edition

This is a high-altitude overnight summit expedition to the highest peak in Lebanon.

We will carry our own equipment, establish a mountain basecamp below the summit, sleep under the stars, wake up before dawn, and attempt the summit at sunrise.

A real mountain experience for hikers looking for challenge, altitude, exposure, and expedition atmosphere.

🥾 Expedition Plan:
We begin the approach hike in the afternoon carrying our overnight equipment.

After reaching our protected mountain basecamp below the summit, we will set up camp, rest, and prepare for the sunrise push.

At approximately 4:00AM, we begin the final ascent toward the summit of Orne El Sawda to witness sunrise from the highest point in Lebanon.

After returning to camp:
• Breakfast
• Pack down equipment
• Descent back to the vehicles
